Directions
- Julienne the beef and then season with (A).
- Remove seeds from the peppers, and then julienne. Rinse and julienne the Szechuan pickle. Mince the negi.
- Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fluffy then remove.
- Add in the sesame oil and saute the beef, peppers and Szechuan pickle. Season with the oyster sauce, sake and pepper, then add in the negi and beaten egg to finish.
