Mix (A) and (B) in a lidded microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave for 20 seconds (500 W), then cool in a refrigerator.

Boil the mizuna, then place in cold water. Drain and cut into 3-4 cm (2 in.) lengths.

Thinly and diagonally slice up the cucumbers. Then julienne into fine sticks.

Finely slice up the ham.

Pile (2)-(4) in a bowl and pour on (1). Sprinkle on your desired amount of sesame seeds.

Thinly slice the cucumber at an angle, gradually slide and stack the slices, then finely cut into thin sticks from end to end.
