50 g (1.8 oz.)

cooked rice

300 g (10.6 oz.)

Directions

  1. Roughly chop up the kimchi and drain off excess liquid.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp of sesame oil in a fry pan. Pour in the beaten egg, scramble, then remove.
  3. In the same fry pan heat 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, add in the onion and ground pork and cook well. Once cooked through add in the rice while breaking it apart. Add in (1), season with the soy sauce and pepper, return (2) to the fry pan. Combine all ingredients together, serve onto dishes and sprinkle on the green onions.
