Directions
- Halve the cheese and ham slices. Chop the Japanese long onion into small pieces.
- Cut the thin deep-fried tofu into 2 halves, fill with (1), sprinkle in the soy sauce and flatten.
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat, grill both sides of (2) until golden. Cut in half and serve on plates.
