Directions

  1. Slice the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the peel and pit.
  2. Place the avocado in a storage-use plastic bag, add in the soy sauce and marinate in a refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Cut into bite-size slices and serve arranged on a plate.
