(A)Worcestershire Soy Sauce

  • Recommendation of soy sauce : Worcestershire Sauce at 1 : 1 part

Directions

  1. Slice the eggplant up into 1.5 cm (0.6) thick rounds. Place the vegetable oil into a fry pan over medium heat, set the eggplant slices inside and brown on both sides.
  2. Serve the eggplant in dish and dress with well-mixed (A).
