Directions
- Place the rice crackers into a paper or plastic bag and pound to break up.
- Break apart the chocolate and use the water bath method to melt.
- Mix (1) and the soy sauce into (2), then divide into 8 portions.
- Wrap each portion from (3) in plastic wrap and form into balls, then cool in a refrigerator to harden. Once hardened, remove the plastic wrap and serve.
