Directions

  1. Place the rice crackers into a paper or plastic bag and pound to break up.
  2. Break apart the chocolate and use the water bath method to melt.
  3. Mix (1) and the soy sauce into (2), then divide into 8 portions.
  4. Wrap each portion from (3) in plastic wrap and form into balls, then cool in a refrigerator to harden. Once hardened, remove the plastic wrap and serve.
