Ingredients(Servings: 2 to 3)

Ingredients (Servings: 1 bar)

100 g (3.5 oz.)

(A)

60 g (2.1 oz.)

20 g (0.7 oz.)

  • Baking chocolate is recommended for use in this recipe.

Directions

  1. Break the chocolate up into small pieces and place into a heat-resistant bowl. Into a pot or fry pan, pour in 3 to 4 cm (1.2 to 1.6 in.) depth of water, just enough to set the bowl in, bring to a boil then turn off the heat. Leave the bowl in the water for some time. Once the chocolate has melted remove the bowl from the water.
  2. If using large-size dried fruits and marshmallows (A), roughly chop up into small pieces.
  3. Once (1) has cooled, add and mix in the soy sauce, then add in (A) and combine further.
  4. Before (3) begins to harden, pour and spread onto a sheet of wax paper, then roll into a log-shape with diameter of about 5 cm x 10 cm (2 in. x 4 in.). Place into a refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to harden, then slice into easy-to-eat pieces.
