Baking chocolate is recommended for use in this recipe.

Break the chocolate up into small pieces and place into a heat-resistant bowl. Into a pot or fry pan, pour in 3 to 4 cm (1.2 to 1.6 in.) depth of water, just enough to set the bowl in, bring to a boil then turn off the heat. Leave the bowl in the water for some time. Once the chocolate has melted remove the bowl from the water.

If using large-size dried fruits and marshmallows (A), roughly chop up into small pieces.

Once (1) has cooled, add and mix in the soy sauce, then add in (A) and combine further.
