Ingredients(Servings: 2)

250 g (8.8 oz.)

2 tsp

2 tsp

2 leaves

(A)Mixed Seasonings

2 knobs

1/2 clove

Directions

  1. Use a spoon to scrape off the ginger peel, julienne 1 knob and grate the other knob. Mix (A) together in a bowl.
  2. Use paper towel to pat the pork dry, spread out inside a cooking tray and lightly cover with the flour.
  3. Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add in (2) with the flour-covered side down, spread out and cook in place for 2 to 3 minutes. If the pork slices are placed without too much space in between and slightly piled at the edges, steam pockets will form and the meat will be tender and juicy. Once browned, flip each piece.
  4. Make space in the middle, add in the seasonings (A), and slightly turn up the heat. Once the seasonings come to a boil, spread onto the meat while stir-frying.
  5. Continue turning over the meat to coat with seasonings for 1 to 2 minutes until these are boiled down and the bottom of the fry pan can be seen. Garnish with lettuce and serve onto plates.
