  • The sauce can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
    ※ Since extra sauce can be prepared, it can be used for chicken and pork stir-fry dishes as well as for grilled rice balls.

Directions

  1. Prepare the teriyaki sauce. Place (A) in a small pot, and heat together until hot while stirring with a spoon.
  2. Slice up the onion into rounds under 1 cm (0.4 in.) thick.
  3. Heat up a hot plate or grill, if needed spread on some vegetable oil, and place the pork and onions on top. Grill both sides until golden brown. Continue to grill the meat slowly until thoroughly cooked. Enjoy dipped in the sauce from (1).
