Asparagus and Octopus Stir-Fry

Asparagus and octopus stir-fry in a stylish butter and soy sauce sauce.

  1. Cut off hard root of green asparagus about 2 cm (approx. 1 in.) from base, cut into 2 cm ( approx.1 in.) lengths.
  2. Divide the octopus into small pieces.
  3. Heat up the olive oil in a fry pan under low heat. Fry chopped garlic careful not to burn.
  4. When the fragrance of garlic begins to emanate, turn heat up to medium, add (1) and cook. When done, pour in white wine, immediately cover and steam for about 1 minute and 30 seconds under low heat.
  5. Remove the cover, add and cook (2), add butter, soy sauce, mix together, arrange on plate.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
