Individually peel leaves from the cabbage. Place in boiling water, strain and cool. Cut into 4 cm (1 1/2 in.) long, 1 cm (1/2 in.) wide pieces and dry.

Thinly slice the octopus.

Mix (A) in a bowl, forming the dressing.

Add (1) and (2) to (3) and mix. Serve in a small bowl.
