  1. Sprinkle the salt and pepper onto the salmon, then set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon dry with paper towel, coat with the (A) mixture, top with the cheese, sprinkle on the sesame seeds, then cook on a grill. When half-way cooked, add and also grill the shishito peppers after piercing in a few places with a skewer. Serve the salmon onto plates and garnish with the shishito peppers.
