  1. Soak and soften the freeze dried tofu in water. Cut in half vertically, then into 4 equal size pieces. Peel the carrot, cut into small, thin pieces.
  2. Add both (A) and (1) to a pot. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer until the carrots soften.
  3. Arrange (2) on a plate. Garnish with well-cooked peas.
