Chinese Style Fresh Tuna Salad

A healthy fresh tuna salad packed with wakame seaweed.

  1. Cut the tuna into 1 cm (0.4 in) wide sticks and the wakame seaweed into edible size pieces.
  2. Shave the scallions into thin strands and soak in water.
  3. Roast the pine nut shells, then cut into small little pieces.
  4. Mix together (A). Dress the tuna, wakame, scallion strands and pine nuts.
