- Cut the tuna into 1 cm (0.4 in) wide sticks and the wakame seaweed into edible size pieces.
- Shave the scallions into thin strands and soak in water.
- Roast the pine nut shells, then cut into small little pieces.
- Mix together (A). Dress the tuna, wakame, scallion strands and pine nuts.
