Directions

  1. Remove any fibrous strings from the celery and slice diagonally.
  2. Thinly slice the carrot into 2-3 cm (1 in) blocks.
  3. Diagonally and thinly slice the stems of the king oyster mushrooms. Thinly slice the caps into strips.
  4. Heat olive oil in a fry pan, saute 1-3, pour in (A), and stir fry until thoroughly cooked.
