butterhead lettuce

Directions

  1. Mince up the carrot, onion and pepper separately.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan and saute the onions. When translucent, add the remaining vegetables and minced meat and saute further. Add in (A) and when all ingredients are coated, thicken with (B). Lightly boil while reducing the cooking liquid.
  3. Using the lettuce for wrapping, spread out half of the rice on top. Pile on (2) and roll up. Repeat and cut equally into easy-to-eat portions.

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
