100 ml (3.4 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Slice the daikon radish and carrot into thick quarter slices and also quarter the shiitake mushroom.
  2. Place (A) and (1) into a pot and turn on the heat, once boiling turn the heat to low and simmer until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add in the green peas, and thicken the broth by adding and mixing in the potato starch.

Daikon radish - quarter slices

Peel the daikon radish, cut into half vertically and then while holding both halves together with your hand, slice at consistent widths from end to end.
