Directions
- Lightly toast the pine nuts.
- Without peeling, steam the carrot and sweet potato until soft enough to be pierced with a toothpick.
* Placing in a lidded heat-safe container and microwaving is also an option. - Peel the sweet potato, cut into 2 cm (0.8 in.) squares. Without peeling, cut the carrot the same way.
- While still hot, dress with (A), add in the nuts and raisins, arrange in a bowl and serve.
