Julienne the bell pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix together (A).

Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori seaweed, then top with the lettuce, chicory, bell peppers, fried shrimp and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle on (A) then roll up into a cone from one end.

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
