Directions

  1. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise and then cut into rounds. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan and saute the long onion. Once fragrant, add in the ground pork. Once the meat is browned, add in (A) and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Boil the Chinese noodles for the indicated time, then rinse under running water.
  4. Place (1) and (2) atop of (3), and mix together while enjoying.

Cooking Basics

Japanese long onion - finely chopped

Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion, and insert vertical cuts. Then chop up finely at right angles from end to end.
