Directions

  1. Cut the salmon into large, bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper and strike with flour.
  2. Cut the bell peppers into 1 cm (1/2 in) wide semi-circles. Cut in half diagonally.
  3. Divide the onion into wedges.
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan and cook both sides of (1). Once cooked through to the center, remove and season with ponzu.
  5. Fry (2) and (3) in the same pan, add in (4) and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes so as to allow the seasoning to soak in well.

Bell peppers - removing seeds

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
