Directions
- Divide the bok choy's leaves from the root. Cut the root into 6-8 pieces. Cut the leaves into edible size pieces.
- Cut the carrot into thin sticks.
- Boiled lightly salted water in a pot and cook the root pieces and the carrots. After 1 minute, add in the leaves. After it is complete, strain and immediately cool.
- Season with (A).
