Directions
- Cut the Japanese long onion in half, then into small slices diagonally. Stir fry until softened.
- Chop up the the bok choy.
- Finely slice the tofu.
- Place (A) and (2) in a pot. Once boiling, allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add in the cooking sake and broken apart crab meat. Once boiling add in a water-potato starch mix and stir well until the sauce thickens.
- Add in (3), season with (B) and add in some sesame oil for additional seasoning.
