Directions

  1. Cut the cod into large, bite-size pieces and season in (A) for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove, carefully wipe dry and cover in starch.
  3. Warm up the cooking oil over medium heat, fry (2), arrange on a small dish and sprinkle on small piece of the green spring onion.
