80 g (2.3 oz.)

(A) Marinade

50 g (1.8 oz.)

1/5 tsp


  1. Mix (A) together to prepare the marinade.
  2. Thinly spread about half of (1) into a cooking tray, place the cod fillets on top, then pour remaining (1) on top and marinate for about half a day.
  3. Pour the soy sauce onto a pile of the grated radish and top with the boiled and sliced okra.
  4. Carefully wipe the marinade off of the fillets, then slowly grill. To serve, arrange on plates, garnished with (3).
