(A)miso sauce

Directions

  1. Mix together (A) in a lidded container.
  2. Lightly dry the cod with a paper towel. Add this to the container of miso sauce, making sure to completely cover the fish with the sauce. Cool in a refrigerator for half a day.
  3. Remove the cod fillet, wipe off any excess miso sauce, grill both sides until golden.
  4. Serve on a plate, garnish with grated daikon radish and sprinkle on scallions.
