Cut pork into bit-size portions and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Slice cabbage into small, easy to eat portions. Boil asparagus then cut into 3-4 cm (1 1/2 inch) pieces. Slice onion into wedges.

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. First add pork, then onion slices and saute. When the onion slices become transparent add cabbage and quickly saute.

Add ingredients from (A), mix and let simmer for 15 minutes. Last, add the asparagus, salt and pepper as needed, then serve.
