Directions

  1. Cut the pork, long onion and bamboo shoot into thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry (1) sequentially.
  3. Combine (A) and pour into the pan. Bring to a boil, then add the okra, sliced into rounds, and quickly simmer.
  4. Add the vinegar and quickly mix in, then add the starch. Stir in the egg and serve.
