Drain the tofu, after cutting the thickness in half, dry well.
Sprinkle salt on okra and work in well with fingers, quickly boil. After removing and cooling, chop finely and mix with (A).
Lightly fry the sardines in sesame seed oil. Cut the Welsch onion into small pieces and soak in water.
Heat a good amount of sesame oil in a pan, fry both sides of (1) until brown.
Arrange (4) on a plate. Place (2),(3), katsuobushi and roasted sesame seeds on top. Lightly douse with soy sauce.
