  1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the sardines until crispy.
    Add in the grated sesame seeds along with (A) and remove from the heat.
  2. Break apart the broccoli, peel the stems, chop into small chunks and boil.
  3. Pile the boiled broccoli in a small bowl, and dress with (1).

    *In the case (1) has cooled before step (3), quickly reheat over low heat before applying.
