Break the broccoli into bunches.
Boil some salt, the broccoli and garlic. When they are well cooked, pour out the water, add in dried sardines and sesame seed oil, and lower heat. Mix in the sardines while removing the moisture. Depending on how salty the sardines are, lightly sprinkle on some salt.
Cut the garlic clove with the skin removed vertically in two. Then use the heel of the knife to remove the core and thinly slice.
