Heat up some salad oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the sardines until crispy. Add sake and soy sauce, lower the heat, continue to fry until juice has evaporated.

Add the bean sprouts. When they are fully cooked, pour in mirin, continue to mix and cook well. Turn off heat, sprinkle on sesame seeds, arrange on a plate.
