Remove skin from fillet, finely chop salmon and place in a bowl.

Grate carrot, squeeze to remove excess water, then combine with salmon (1).

Mix in ingredients from (A) to salmon mixture, form into three patties and make faces using sesame seeds and red bell pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and fry patties face side up. Cover and let cook until finished.

Serve on red leaf lettuce.
