Directions

  1. Boil egg and remove shell. Cut lengthwise into 6-8 pieces.
  2. Peel potato, cut into bite-size pieces, and rinse in water. Remove excess water and place in a lidded heat-resistant container. Cover with the lid and heat in a microwave (600 W) for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the tuna can, and loosen up the tuna.
  4. Wash leaf lettuce and dry.
  5. Mince the anchovies from (A) well with a kitchen knife.
  6. Put vinegar from (A) in bowl, dissolve soy sauce, black pepper and sugar, then slowly mix in vegetable oil. Add (5) and combine.
  7. Put (1)-(4) with black olives in bowls, and serve topped with dressing (6).
