Directions
- Wash off the lemons well, grate the peel of 1 lemon and julienne the peel of 1/2 lemon. Squeeze out 2 Tbsp of lemon juice.
- Boil the pasta in salt-added (extra) water for the indicated time, then quickly drain in a colander and place into a pot. Add in the olive oil, butter, light color soy sauce, lemon juice and grated lemon peel and combine together.
- Serve into dishes and sprinkle on the julienned lemon peel and rose pepper.
