Directions

  1. Wash off the lemons well, grate the peel of 1 lemon and julienne the peel of 1/2 lemon. Squeeze out 2 Tbsp of lemon juice.
  2. Boil the pasta in salt-added (extra) water for the indicated time, then quickly drain in a colander and place into a pot. Add in the olive oil, butter, light color soy sauce, lemon juice and grated lemon peel and combine together.
  3. Serve into dishes and sprinkle on the julienned lemon peel and rose pepper.
