Prepare the sauce by mixing together all (A) ingredients.

Divide each salmon fillet into 3 pieces.

Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan. Dust the salmon with flour, place into the fry pan and saute both sides until crispy and fragrant.

Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Serve onto dishes and pour on the sauce (1).
