Directions

  1. Make sauce with (A). Remove stem and seeds from red chili pepper, and then thinly slice. Combine all ingredients from (A) in bowl.
  2. Cut each salmon fillet into 3 pieces.
  3. Heat cooking oil in pan. While dusting salmon with flour, place in pan and saute both sides until fragrant.
  4. Covered over low heat, cook for 3 minutes. Serve on individual plates with sauce poured on top.
