Make sauce with (A). Remove stem and seeds from red chili pepper, and then thinly slice. Combine all ingredients from (A) in bowl.

Cut each salmon fillet into 3 pieces.

Heat cooking oil in pan. While dusting salmon with flour, place in pan and saute both sides until fragrant.

Covered over low heat, cook for 3 minutes. Serve on individual plates with sauce poured on top.
