Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to remove the seeds and pulp.
Pat dry, then coat the hollow part of the zucchini with flour. -
Combine and thoroughly mix together (A) in a bowl.

Fill (2) with (1), and bake in an oven for 12-13 minutes at 180-200 C (360-390 F).

Cut into easy-to-eat slices, and arrange on a plate with a side of ketchup, mustard and lemon wedges.
