Chop the zucchini into 3 - 4 mm (1/4 in.) thick rounds. Boil in lightly salted water (salt not included in recipe ingredients).

Diagonally slice the Japanese long onion into 3 - 4 cm (1 in.)lengths.

Heat the vegetable oil in a fry pan and cook the pork.
