Directions
- Cut zucchini into 5cm (roughly 2 inches) long pieces, then slice each piece lengthwise to make roughly 10 mm (half an inch) thick pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and then add zucchini. Cook zucchini until lightly browned on each side, then lightly season with pepper and soy sauce. Remove from heat and plate.
