Directions

  1. Remove the bones and skin from the salmon fillets, and cut into large pieces. Dust with a thin coat of flour, then fry in the cooking oil.
  2. Prepare the marinating sauce by mixing together the ingredients in (A).
  3. Place freshly fried salmon into the marinating sauce and allow the flavor to soak in..
  4. Serve (3) on a plate topped with the grated daikon radish and base-removed sprouts and pour on the marinating sauce.

Cooking Basics

Japanese long onion - finely chopped

Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion, and insert vertical cuts. Then chop up finely at right angles from end to end.


Ginger - mincing

Remove the skin of the ginger and thinly slice, gradually sliding and stacking the slices. Then mince the ginger into fine pieces, and slice again finely at right angles.
