Directions

  1. Remove the tuna from the can and drain away all liquid.
  2. Cut the onion in half lengthwise, then into 1 cm (1/2 in.) wide strips.
  3. Heat the sesame oil and salad oil in a frying pan, then add (2) and stir fry until tender.
  4. Add (1) and stir fry further.
    Add (A) and stir to combine the flavors.
    Serve on plates lined with lettuce and garnish with parsley.
