Directions

  1. Remove the tuna from the can and drain completely.
  2. Half the onion vertically, then cut into 1 cm (0.4 in.) wide slices.
  3. Heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil in a fry pan, then add in (2) and stir-fry until softened.
  4. Add (1) and stir-fry further, then add and mix in (A) throughout. Serve onto plates lined with the lettuce and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
