Directions
- Break the chocolate into small pieces, then place in a bowl over a hot water bath. Once melted and cooled, add and mix in the heavy cream a little at a time and then add and mix in the soy sauce to prepare the chocolate cream.
- Mix together the original soy milk and rum, if desired, and allow the mixture to soak into the cubed sponge cake.
- Serve (2) and the chocolate cream into bowls, then sprinkle on the coarsely chopped nuts and garnish with peppermint leaves if available.
