Directions

  1. Cut the chicken in half lengthwise, then slice up diagonally. Drizzle on (A) and massage in.
  2. Lay down a large piece of aluminum foil on top of a grill, arrange (1) on top and grill over strong flame for about 4 minutes. Turn over and cook for 1 minute further.
  3. Sprinkle green onions and cheese over the chicken and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Serve on plates and garnish with the salad leaves.
