Directions

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin from (A) into the water and stir to mix.
  2. Boil off the mirin in a pot, add the original soymilk and warm. Remove from heat, add (1) and dissolve, pour into dishes and allow to cool and set in a refrigerator.
  3. Add the soy sauce to the boiled adzuki beans. Cut the pineapple slices into easy-to-eat chunks, halve the almonds.
  4. Scoop (2) into a dish with a large spoon, dress with (3).
