Directions
- Slice up the zucchini into 1 cm (0.4 in.) rounds. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan and saute both sides of the sliced zucchini.
- Place into a bowl, pour in the ponzu sauce and sprinkle on the black pepper. Allow to cool, remove excess sauce and serve on a plate.
