200 g (7.1 oz.)

(A)Bouillon

300 ml (10.1 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Cut the cod into bite-size pieces and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  2. Mince up the garlic and cut the onion into wedges.
  3. Saute (2) well in butter, add in (1) and saute all together, then add in the whole tomatoes and (A), and simmer until the cod is cooked through.
  4. To finish, add in the soy sauce and the coarsely chopped cheese and give all ingredients a quick mix.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
