Directions
- Cut the cod into bite-size pieces and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
- Mince up the garlic and cut the onion into wedges.
- Saute (2) well in butter, add in (1) and saute all together, then add in the whole tomatoes and (A), and simmer until the cod is cooked through.
- To finish, add in the soy sauce and the coarsely chopped cheese and give all ingredients a quick mix.

Garlic - mincing
Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
