Spread the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat and crack in the eggs one and at time. Pan fry the eggs to your desired hardness to prepare the fried eggs.

Toast both sides of the sliced bread, spread butter on one side, place the fried egg on top and then sprinkle with soy sauce.
