  1. Wrap the tofu in paper towel and lightly press down to remove excess moisture.
  2. Chop the Japanese mustard spinach into 1 cm (0.4 in.) lengths.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pot, add in and saute (2), once the oil is spread throughout, add in and saute the tofu. Adjust the flavor with the soy sauce.
  4. Serve in dishes with a dash of black pepper.
