Directions

  1. Thinly slice up the tuna and mozzarella cheese. Chop the mizuna into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  2. On a plate, alternately lay down slices of tuna and mozzarella so that they slightly overlap, then arrange the mizuna in the center.
  3. Drizzle on a mixture of the olive oil and soy sauce before enjoying.
